Your projects are confidential: drawings, bids, CVs and correspondence. That is why the database, files, servers and email all sit in the EU, under GDPR. Here is the full list, including what is not in place yet.

The documents

Where the data lives

  1. 01 Database and files Projects, documents, models and user accounts. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Ireland · EU
  2. 02 Application servers The API and the services that process documents and models. Netherlands · EU
  3. 03 Email Invitations and notifications. Ireland · EU
  4. 04 AI models Run through OpenRouter by Anthropic, Google and OpenAI, among others. Requests may currently be processed outside the EU. We will move AI processing to EU regions once the model selection there holds the same level. Not EU-only yet
Not training data
Your content is not used to train AI models, neither by us nor by the providers.
Isolated per practice
Each organisation's data is separated from the others by access rules in the database itself, not just in the app.
Visible access
If we need to enter your practice to help, we appear there as a visible, flagged member, and every entry and exit is logged.
Take everything with you
On request you get everything out: the content in open file formats and every document you have uploaded.
Erased, not archived
If you leave, we erase the practice's data within 90 days. Individual accounts are erased on request.
No tracking cookies
Anonymous visit statistics with no cookies and no lasting ID. No tracking across sites.
